This year’s challenge was guided by the philosophy of “from fruit to leaf,” encouraging bartenders to create drinks that showcase a full-circle use of ingredients — from the freshest fruit to the most delicate garnish — with sustainability and storytelling at the core. Georgi rose to the occasion with a Margarita that seamlessly embodied the theme, impressing the judges with both its thoughtful composition and exceptional flavour.

His entry stood out from a pool of world-class talent, thanks to its elegant balance, layered aromas, and striking presentation. Drawing on his years of experience in hospitality, mixology, and bar consultancy, Georgi crafted more than just a cocktail — he delivered an experience that reflected both technical excellence and deep creativity.
